Penn Medicine Lancaster General Health announces changes to the LG Health Board of Trustees. The board sets policies governing the operation of LG Health and oversees the work of six board committees.
Ross Kramer, CEO, Listrak, was appointed to the Board of Trustees for a three-year term. Kramer’s decades of executive leadership experience include successfully launching and directing three technology start-ups. As CEO, Kramer is responsible for charting the strategic vision and direction of Listrak, a leading ecommerce multichannel digital marketing solutions provider with a client base of more than 1,000 major retailers and brands. On the LG Health board, Kramer serves on the Mission and Community Benefit Committee and the Quality Committee
Kathleen (Katie) Smarilli, President and CEO, Smarilli Strategic Partners, was appointed to the Board of Trustees for a three-year term. Smarilli Strategic Partners is a Pennsylvania Business Advisory and Transition Consulting firm. Smarilli is also CFO and co-owner of Smarilli Marketing Communications, a branding and communications consulting company, which she co-founded in 1984. She holds more than 40 years of business leadership experience. Smarilli’s board experience includes her current role as Chair of the LG Health Foundation Board, as well as past President of the Penn State Alumni Association. She serves on the LG Health board’s Finance and Governance committees.
C. Clair McCormick, former owner and president of P. Lebzelter and Son Co. Inc., has retired from service after 12 years on the board. During his board tenure, McCormick served as Chair and Vice Chair, as well as chairing several committees. In addition, McCormick has represented LG Health’s interests as a member of the University of Pennsylvania Health System Board of Trustees and served on the LG Health Foundation Board of Trustees. He currently volunteers at Lancaster General Hospital.

They volunteer their time and expertise, and provide vision to ensure that the health-care services we deliver are consistently effective, safe and reflect the values and traditions of the communities of Lancaster.
